Made Nutella cookies this evening. I once sat there thinking: there must be a way to make REAL Nutella. Not the store bought kind. I mean the stuff they make in Italy. So, I discovered a recipe. Of course, I substituted a couple ingredients to make it vegan. I included regular cookie ingredients as well, obviously. These have got to be the BEST cookies I’ve ever made! I made 50 of them & my dad already swiped a little more than half. Maybe if I tell him that they’re vegan, that’ll be enough to turn him, lol!
